Pros

Office is nice. People are friendly.

Cons

Incredibly toxic. Doesn't matter the effort you put into it, or results you get out, they will fire you to scare new hires.

Pros

Colleagues are always willing to help, and teamwork is highly encouraged, which makes working on projects more collaborative and enjoyable. There are plenty of opportunities for learning and development. The company regularly offers training sessions, workshops, and access to online courses, which have greatly helped in enhancing my skills. The workplace is inclusive and diverse, with a strong focus on creating an environment where everyone feels valued, regardless of their background.

Cons

Sometimes, there is a lack of clear communication from upper management. Important decisions or changes are not always communicated effectively

Pros

Amazing colleagues, some of the best people I've ever met. Good place to learn, exposure to finance and different corporate structures/sectors and how they work etc. Performance bonuses are great IF targets are met. Nice office with drinks

Cons

Not for the easily-overwhelmed. Tight deadlines, high pressure, micromanagement, toxic environment. More is always expected even when smashing targets, no room for error. Probation period feels like a scam, employees are taken off probation once management decides. Not mentioned during interview process. Limited career opportunities within compliance departments. Leadership severely lacks experience and very unprofessional. Also lacks oversight, resulting in frequent power-trips rather than providing guidance and support. Feedback and 121's are inconsistent, one-sided and rarely constructive. Frequent rule changes with little to no explanation behind decisions. Favoritism culture- promotions and recognition often go to friends of leadership rather than deserving hard-workers, Strong employees are often undervalued and overlooked. Parking sucks.
