Pros
Some of the training provided was effective and helpful for someone looking to be a more assertive person. The people are young, and everyone is somewhere between their 30s-40s. They're open to correcting inefficient processes pretty quickly whereas other companies I've worked for didn't even try to improve their processes. You're around intelligent people.
Cons
The pay is a con. I started off with a low base salary with benefits, and then they forced us to become 1099/S-Corp, which meant being pure commission. Things at this company are a bit shady. Some of the managers can be control freaks. Some of them get jealous that you do better than them, which is petty. The industry is stressful because it's constantly changing due to the airlines. Our trainer made us learn a bunch of useless information that didn't help us sell the product. Some of the people are stuck in their ways and think their way is the only way to get things done. More and more was expected of us and less and less was given to us. This was a learning experience for me as to the type of place where I don't want to work.
