      Great culture. Global organization. Diverse and inclusive. Work/life balance is very employee friendly. Highly visible work. Generous salaries.

      Cons

      Treated as professionals means we are expected to work as professional - 24/7/365. Breakneck pace. A million moving parts. Organized chaos.

      Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us! We do have an inclusive culture that allows us to leverage all the benefits of a diverse group of great people. We look forward to growing that group to help share the workload. Right now we're in a growth stage and we want to make sure that we have everything operating at 100% before we outsource any of our work to another organization. It's important to us and to our clients that we ensure we maintain world class quality services.

      Pros

      Working with a large network of creative types keeps the place high-energy. There are a lot of nice, creative people who are fun to work with. Easy to make friends here. We get to meet famous people on a regular basis.

      Cons

      There are times when the owner and senior management team are too trusting of the creative group. A lot of the basins analysis that gets done is ignored or overridden by the creative types for what they feel would work. Need to focus on data.

      We value our business analysts very much. Without you there is no intelligent direction. We'll circle back with the creative team to ramp up their emotional intelligence. We know, for a fact, that they value the business analysis tremendously and we'll open channels to ensure their gratitude is communicated to all of the business analysts. Just so you know, the "creative types" call you guys "scary smart". You are appreciated!

      Pros

      Very transparent creative team. Open communication. Sexy work. High profile clients. Very fun, and inclusive ad agency.

      Cons

      Work on a global scale and that means meetings at 3:00am with clients in Asia. Scale of work could use some more staff.

      We're proud that you find Alpha Dawn fun and creative! Our growth plans include us opening up an office in Tokyo to serve our clientele on their turf in their time. We wish we were able to do that today but until that happens we'll work hard, and around the clock, getting there. Today's investment will be tomorrow's reward. Thank you for sharing this with us.
