The benefits that I got after being here for almost 3 months were the main thing that i like. They pay for about half of my health insurance and then I got dental and vision for free since I took health. Besides that, I was able to get the schedule I wanted and they even changed the schedule to work for me. They are also not too strict on attendance like my other job. At my other job I was let go even though I got sick 3 times in the same month this was not my fault but I feel they are more understanding of employees who have health issues here.
Cons
The phone calls can be rough, actually when I first started I almost quit because a customer called me something that I never expected someone to call me on the phone. After the second week I was ok. After I got the computer system down and follow the script my performance started to improve and I started to get bonuses every week. I still don't like the calls. I don't think I will ever like the calls but they try to do everything they can to make everything else good.
