      Pros

      - Company owned by an owner that is a moody egomaniac that thinks he knows it all and hires managers that think the same way. - Managers are not worth a penny, they are so bad I wouldn't hire them to wash dishes. They bicker all the time, think they know it all, fight amongst themselves for power and worst of all has no clue how to manage or lead. I feel sorry for them and for their owner.

      Cons

      I feel bad for people that work there. Horrible environment that respects no one with managers that have very bad attitudes. I would rather work for the army as they at least have a process that works and you know what to expect. This company won't last very long unless all management is changed.

      This company would not be on the map (nor should it be) without Speck and Tech21

      Cons

      Don't let the fact that Speck and Tech21 fall under the umbrella of brands that Alphacomm owns and operates fool you into thinking this is a reputable company in the mobile tech space. Plain and simple, this company is a chop shop. This company treats it's employees like sweatshop workers, relies on guidance from leaders who are arrogant and condescending, and is quick to hire and fire. Turnover is a problem due to lack of leadership and culture. Your contributions, time and commitment don't matter. You will be treated as a number. Company direction changes constantly (and not in a smart and nimble way) due to desperation.
