Most Senior people are extremely unprofessional and do not foster an environment of learning and collaboration , you will not receive any help or mentorship at all , you're on your own and will need to figure things out Peanut pay Regardless of the role or team you join , you're almost always getting paid less than market rates Really bad WLB and office location , they expect you to stay and work overtime as entitlement with the salary of an office boy Massively understaffed especially in key areas like compliance Its a lala shop who invests the bare minimum in their employees , if you're a fresher or mid level then do not join this firm , you're not going to get any real growth whatsoever
