Pros
Very flexible hours at Alorica. Benefits for full time include sick pay, vacation pay, and 401K. Friendly employees for the most part.
Cons
Very oppressive workplace. Managers can make up whatever rules they want. No feeling of being a part of the company, just a feeling that it owns you. Numerous problems with following California Labor Code like many other companies. Extremely high employee turnover. Useless training.
