Pros

Working from home allows me to focus my work time on productive, quality outcomes while being able to maintain a good work/life balance.

Cons

None at this time. It’s great that Alorica provides the equipment necessary to work from home. They’re in the process of enhancing support for the set-up and system check. The system is easy to use once it’s set-up correctly.

Cons

Always threatening to fire if we did not try to get people to buy things at the end of enrolling them into Duke Energy
