      Micromanagement Changes in business model lead to Technical Support becoming Sales, what position was originally just technical support based, quickly became plagued with sales goals and exceeding pressure.

      Pros

      They offer medical, vision, and dental benefits. Holidays off. There is an initial training for the job. Additional refresher trainings are provided as well.

      Cons

      Holidays off are not paid. This is the first company I have been employed with that does not pay for the holidays.
