Pros
1. Good learning curve. 2. If you are a fresher then company will teach you to swim into it industry, once you work here then you will survive in any company. 3. Good hike (based on performance and project) 4. Good for bachelors, not good if you are family man
Cons
1. No work life balance. 2. No work time limit 3. Leaves policy is there but you can't use it (totally depend on your manager) 4. No other facility than your salary(they pays you on next month around 7th day) 5. Three month notice period. 6. No transport, no cafeteria, no mediclaim, no PF
