Free flow F&B Team meetings supplemented with fancy laminated pastries Very immersive brand experience.

Cons

The hours were insane—working from 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. at least 2-3 nights a week, with no relief since I was the only one in the department. On top of that, the senior management team is stuck in an outdated mindset. My immediate supervisor thought it was acceptable to yell profanities from across the room whenever expectations weren’t met. It was clear I wasn’t being paid enough to put up with all that.
