First and foremost, they did not provide the promised salary, a part of it was made "variable pay" which they never really paid. All the employees had a 25%-50% pay cut without any prior notice one fine day. After one month of pay cut, they terminated the majority of the employees again without any prior notice. The severance pay is also not yet made. The employment here is not permanent, you'll always have to keep a second option in case you get terminated. I was hired after 4 rounds of interviews and one written test and this was the least expected.
