Hostile environment -No one takes advice or cares to listen how the employees feel -management appears very unstable and quick to react and point fingers at employees -no recognition for hard work-constantly told what everyone is doing wrong -Employees are very unhappy and constantly feel disrespected -no training -extremely high turnover rate
