      Pros

      If you like being forced to wear a suit and clock in and out and account for every minute of work for a salary job, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Worked with some horrible people; treated so disrespectfully and management did nothing. So many politics. Forced to return to the office during Covid.

      - lots of autonomy - fast paced - interesting global network - down to earth CEO - I personally love the culture

      Cons

      Culture can be overwhelming for some people. There are high expectations to perform and also fit in. Some of the old guard do not want to change with newer management ( but seems to be working itself out)

      Pros

      Always something to repair or maintain. Supervisors are understanding of family or personal needs. Great coworkers.

      Cons

      Breakdown in communication between departments. High level employees have no idea how hard the production employees work.
