      Pros

      Talented people, nice surroundings, good work experience to move forward with your career. Good opportunities to travel and work abroad.

      Cons

      Impossible to make any real impact unless the company owner knows you personally. He has little interest in anyone outside of his inner circle. The political environment is cut throat with everyone scrambling for his attention. If you keep your head down and do a good job outside of the political warfare you are considered irrelevant within the organisation.

      No bonuses, strict working hours, management looking down on some staff according to job title, no career progression, poor salary, lack of career progression

      Pros

      Mostly smart people, certain projects can be interesting although some can be tedious. Can't list anymore pros because being honest they are very limited.

      Cons

      Very high turnover at this firm, this should give a good indication of what it is like to work there. Poor compensation for long hours, constant stream of events on that requires extra work and no extra pay or recognition, highly political.
