      Pros

      The pay was good and the hours 8-5ish were nice. No weekends. Large building with lots of space. Commute was beautiful.

      Cons

      Highest turnover. Don't pay vendors, struggle to make payroll every pay period. Tone of communication from CEO very disrespectful. He will undermine you and blame everything on everyone else unless he is good at it. Talks down to you like I am supposed to know

      Was employed by Alltec LLC from Jan to Sept '16. I left of my own accord because I just wasn't good enough to make the grade. To succeed at Alltec you better be good enough to work with the most knowledgeable folks in the LSP business. If you are good enough, you can expect great management and leadership, forward thinking engineering/product development and selfless support providing all the tools to help you create cutting edge products that are unmatched in the industry. Generous compensation/benefit package, flexible time off and a wonderful work environment will await the successful applicant lucky enough to work at Alltec LLC.

      Cons

      Alltec is off the beaten path somewhat, so can be a bit of a drive for some.
