      Pros

      Working for an Allstate agency can be very relaxed and flexible but also stressful if not meeting sales.

      Cons

      No health insurance, paid vacation time is not readily available, it becomes monotonous after a while. Not much room to grow.

      Pros

      Great benefits, pto can be ok same day without manager approval so long as you have time & there's availability to take off

      Cons

      Goals constantly changing, which means commissions is always changing for the worse of course. You're not human there, call center environment from hell. I felt like a zombie
