You build a reputation in the industry and it allows you to transition to a better company. Great stepping stone for bigger and better things.
Cons
Executive management prefers yes men and women. This ushers in bad middle management. Training is poor. Scheduling is poor. Sales is oblivious to the actual service they sell. The only way to survive is to be honest, just not when it's directed at actual bad company policy or management.
