To some, the environment may be challenging, and the demands are high, as the company wants to continually push the envelope. We do practice performance-based compensation, which would see higher performers getting remunerated appropriately. Therefore, there should be some discernment between your assertion of nepotism against rewarding people that take care of the company’s interest.
