If there is no other option, Allied Universal does pay. Just not much.
Cons
Horrible hiring structure. Horrible pay for officers. Horrible schedules. Horrible all around. This company only cares about fulfilling contracts with clients as cheaply as possible.
Allied Universal Response
2y
We are sorry you had this experience, the situation you described does not reflect the expectations we have of our teams or Allied Universal’s values. We will be sharing this feedback with our management teams in order to improve.
Some of the people you meet are cool and you make real good connections with the professional guards (not a lot, but i got lucky)
Cons
*Management doesn't answer their phones
*Management don't want to help you address the issues onsite unless the manager of that site has an issue.
*Rude and non responsive office.
*Operations managers and client managers are useless. (Their assistants do a better job than they do)
*The guards are not the priority to management and the company.
Very childish and hostile environment.
*A lack of structure, communication and support.
