Pros

Some site posts have good benefits. Everyone I've worked with (who isn't management) so far has been a great team member. OT hours are almost always available if you need extra money.

Cons

Management does not care about their employees. I was a loyal employee known to always be on time/trustworthy for 6 years. Regardless, I was left out in the cold once they lost their contract with my last post. They've offered me positions that don't meet the hours I'm available, pay less than I was making,( let alone what im worth,) and/or has less benefits. I was told i didn't need to worry about job placement ahead of time by Management, I believe this was a way to just dismiss my concerns. I just would have appreciated honesty, so I could have found a job ahead of time. Would have been great to have been shown a little respect considering the effort I put in to be a great employee. Also, every couple months I'd find that I was missing several hours of pay. I always got my money, eventually. But I know alot of employees who don't check their paycheck! Please, ALWAYS check your paychecks- people!

Pros

The role provides subsistence-level wages, offering little financial security.

Cons

Management arbitrarily downgraded my position from full-time to part-time, yet still demanded overtime. I grew overwhelmed and complained that overtime was impeding my health. After that I was told then don't do overtime like it wouldn't negatively affect me. After moving me from a solid post to a flex post, they expected me to show up with only an hour's notice. They then used an "available quota" as an excuse to terminate me after creating a schedule that made it impossible to succeed. The company's adaptive workflow seamlessly absorbs last-minute modifications with zero friction. Advice to Management: Treat your employees' time with respect instead of setting them up to fail with unrealistic scheduling and quotas. I advise management to invest more heavily in employee development and modernizing our core tools. Providing clearer pathways for advancement and better operational resources would significantly boost morale and retention.
