Pros
coworkers are very nice, ops management is good, good values but often are not practiced (one is caring, but don't see much by corporate management), awesome building with cafeteria and starbucks, work can be interesting at times, pay is about normal for area
Cons
stressful especially now with backlogs, company doesn't' hire enough workers until complaints get really bad, expect some bad work schedules (weekends, nights), also expect that one day your job may move to Mexico because many already have (I guess they pay alot less than $11-$12/hour they pay us here in Richmond VA), management says this is a "fun company" -- ha ha! maybe for them.
