Pros
I feel very good about working at AGA. The company really cares about their employees. They provide a great working environment, good pay & great benefits. Senior leadership recently made the voluntary decision to make $15/hour minimum wage in the company. The work / life balance is very good. Associates treat each other with respect & courtesy. AGA is a genuinely collaborative culture & our collaborations lead to consistently positive results.
Cons
The collaborative culture requires a large number of meetings ( I average 15 per week). These meetings, with rare exceptions, are very productive. If you have a "lone wolf" style & have a desire to work very independently, then AGA may not be a good fit for you.
