Pros
Rapidly growing company that is increasing it's market share and striving to be number 1 in Canada for travel insurance. Nice people.
Cons
Slow to promote its experienced employees. Leadership can't seem to agree on what initiatives to focus on. The company is growing so hopefully its processes and management style mature along with it. No set career path to allow progression, many roles peak and need to leave to continue learning and growing in their career.
