This is a collection agency so they only care about the money, you will just be a number. They do not give raises, your reviews will never say you’ve been doing great because they don’t want a reason to reward you. They like to act like they care by having an employee of the month but they just get a pat on the back and maybe a free lunch so don’t over work yourself for that goal. Unless minimum wage goes up you will not make a livable wage. Even with the commission from payments because they keep cutting back on how much you can make in commission so don’t count on it. This is honestly not even the full list of cons but moral of the story…. Do the bare minimum because it’s all they pay you to do, if you need experience stay here for a year but don’t get stuck here. Also IT sucks.
