The tech is terrible, their systems are always freezing, dropping calls, losing audio, etc. having to restart the VM environment on a regular basis, their clock in systems are currently broken causing a disruption to anyone using Daily Pay and possible inaccuracies in their paychecks. there are not a lot of opportunities for growth, and it is basically a dead end role. it is not a terrible job, i have done much worse, but this company and also the current project leaders need to get it together before the whole thing implodes.
