Pros

Unlike other web development companies.... This company gives a lot of opportunities to its employees... Even the fresher's. Their ideas are heard and considered. Even tho there is a hierarchy but everyone works in a team. People don't get involved in other's work unless asked to. And also... There is a lot of learning opportunity. People are not just restricted to their profile.

Cons

I wish there was an off on all Saturdays. More employee engaging extra activities in the organisation...this helps in refreshing the employees. Games and fun times helps in employee bonding and makes a better team.

Supportive Mentorship: I had the privilege of being mentored by Ms. Ayushi Saxena, whose guidance and support helped me understand and apply HR concepts effectively in real-world scenarios. Employee Engagement: The organization actively promotes employee engagement through various initiatives, creating a motivating and collaborative work environment. Friendly and Cooperative Workforce: The employees are approachable, supportive, and maintain a positive work culture, making it easy for interns and new employees to learn and collaborate.

Cons

The organization provides a 30-minute lunch break, which may feel insufficient for some employees to relax and recharge during the workday.

Employees often feel pressured to stay beyond working hours. Employee engagement activities are almost non-existent. Birthday celebrations and other events are usually organized after working hours. Festivals and cultural events are generally not celebrated. No team outings, trips, or regular team-building activities. Most employee activities appear to be conducted primarily for promotional purposes rather than employee engagement. No work-life balance Low salary No appraisal policy No career growth Poor management No employee benefit
