Pros

All of the pros are gone

Cons

Management taking pay cuts every year, being forced to work on days off, check camera check in on your team, multiple times on your off days, if you hit your goals they raise them so you can’t, make it so you have to be at 90% for minimum pay. Refuse to allow you to use PTO if they are under staffed or know you’re leaving, getting cussed out for asking for help and refusing to not be heard.

What an interesting experience from the “fastest growing company”

Cons

What an interesting company. Our store is currently out of toner, paper, our windows have not been washed, and when you reach out for assistance to people higher up than you - it’s met with silence. Never in my life have i seen such improper management from what should be a highly reputable company. The issue starts at the home office and then works its way down.
