Most Disrespectful Unorganized Organization - Practice Manager Allergy Partners Employee Review

Most micro-managed, disrespectful, and under paying company I have ever worked for. So exhausting to have to ask permission just to do the basics of the job. Also, the providers are so involed in the revenue, you have no peace, and get it from both ends. If just one side would be proactive instead of reactive the PM would have a fighting chance. Until then, you are literally fighting fires every day none stop, like a hamster running on a wheel. It doesn't have to be what it is, but they cannot see the forest for the trees. The corporate office is so big on "exit interviews" and after a decade of service, I received no exit interview. Because they do not want to hear the truth...it is truly sad, No care to address the real issues within the infrastructure as long as the practice is producing revenue everything's fine, like an ostrich head stuck in the sand!
