Good views from the office Some career development if prepared to not raise questions and be a bit sycophantic

Highly disruptive internal politics. Support and growth dependent on tenure and time in the seat rather than calibre. HR are beyond futile, and only make situations worse where they could genuinely play a role to improve the workplace, reduce bullying and help retain great staff.
