Bad work environment - Anonymous employee Allengers Infotech Employee Review

Company is working on own made innovative products. Lot of participation of the mgmt in product innovation. Things have got quite better since some past negative employees got removed by the mgmt.

Company needs to invest more in the technical training of employees esp because of the ongoing innovative products. Also provide some more recreational activities. Rest is good.

Nothing they dont pay on time

Worst . MD RISHABH is the world stupid guy . No ethics , not safe for women as he ask to stay late and talk rudely . Everyone there is fed up . He needs treatment for his mental illness
