Overworked,underpaid,full of favoritism - Anonymous employee Allen Orthodontics Employee Review

Doctor has become money hungry.. overworks current employees without any raise or reimbursement. Management has its group of favorites who continuously allow said group to be lazy and do minimal work while everyone else picks up their slack. Dr does not care about his patients and encourages removal of braces when they are clearly not done with treatment. They make it impossible for you to love what you’re doing here.
