Pros
The OTE were reasonable and some members of staff had a great understanding of the vision and direction of the company.
Cons
There was a clear lack of communication between recruiters and unsuccessful candidates. Some candidates who had previously been turned away were invited to initial interviews by other recruiters as a result of poor communication and failure to update the system. Due to the hostile competitive culture, this created a them and us culture among recruiters. Furthermore, some members of staff were favoured due to their willingness to literally bend over for management, both in and out of the office. It was very unprofessional as it meant that management would give preferential treatment to some recruiters, despite their failure to achieve targets. There was even an incident where a candidate heard some of the activity in the next room and commented on it during his interview.
