Pros
If you want an employer to make you feel less than you're worth then this is the place! It's income. My assignment was great with good people.
Cons
It's tough to get by with what they pay. The benefits are horrible as compared to being a direct employee with my assignment. It's a painful comparison. Everything about (SL)EASi makes it harder and sucks the joy from your life.
