Pros
Newly appointed leadership is steering the ship into better waters and starting by holding leaders at the top accountable to culture (beyond words, into action). This is more than I have seen in the last 5 years, so this is encouraging. Action taken at the top level, forcing leadership hands to do what they should have all along.
Cons
Politics are significant. Perception is reality, truly. Years of value and recognition can quickly turn into you're a "bad sheep" overnight or one meeting where you aren't represented correctly. You mostly start to see this play out at the leadership layer but its very significant.
