Pros

Work life balance is good. You will not have to work outside of your normal hours very often.

Cons

Nothing will ever get done unless it is on fire. Then it will be done to the very minimum. Everyone is happy being incompetent and with everything around them being a mess that gives them more work. People will say they want things to change, but no one actually does. You will wear yourself out unless you turn your brain off and lower your standards and join everybody else. The help desk will make you want to pound your head through a brick wall. You could probably get better health insurance working at McDonald's.

Overall, Allegacy Financial is a great place to build a career for individuals who value teamwork, service, and a strong organizational culture.
