Lies - Anonymous employee Allconnect Employee Review

They make excuses for poor care of their employees. They treat people like crap and they encourage and promote employees to lie. Recently they started firing people for number performance after they had already promoted them for the same. I wasn't fired but I did quite several months ago because I was one of their top sales employees and I kept a tally of how much pay I should have. They didn't pay it. They find ways to keep money that you had earned. When I brought it up to a manager he said the company juat sometimes doesn't pay and he doesn't know why. I wonder how many people are too dumb to know that they hey are getting ripped off on their paychecks. I also noticed "legal" ways that the company had to get around paying people. This place will overwork you they won't want to give u time off they won't treat you well and it has nothing to do with milenials. I have worked for loads of sales companies and this was the worst.
