Pros
Small team, so you end up involved in all kinds of work. You learn fast because you actually get to do things instead of just watching. The culture feels very entrepreneurial. If you spot something that needs to change, people will actually listen and you can usually push it forward. The organization is well known in its field and sometimes gets asked by government groups for input, which makes the work feel important. Training is solid. There are immigration courses and other things that actually help you in the job. Even though it is not a big company, it is respected and probably one of the better ones in the industry.
Cons
Some people might prefer more layers or clearer hierarchy. You end up juggling a bunch of different tasks. Good for learning but need to be on your toes.
