Pros
The people and portfolio of schools/clients were great. Very appreciative of the flexibility (shifted to remote during COVID). Pay was pretty good in comparison to others in the industry.
Cons
Aggressive priority shift from people, culture, and trust to observations, activity trackers, scoresheets, and operational efficiency using algorithms and AI. Veteran advisors were touted as a competitive advantage and given autonomy, but the new comm system rolled out forces you to complete one assigned task at a time with very little recourse or ability to strategically manage your pipeline. Outside of extreme workforce management in the for-profit sector, it was easily the most restrictive and controlling system I have worked in, and I have transitioned to quite a few with relative ease in the past.
