Seems like a nice place to work, chill colleagues, great work for the community.
Cons
The leadership team is falling apart. It seems like maybe 2/5 of the officers know what they're doing. They let go a crucial member of the admin team over a personal issue, and left the rest of the team to struggle for months because of it. Months later, they have yet to refill the position. They put on a front of being super caring for their employees, but don't actually do any of things their employees ask for.
