not that much bad experience i recall while i was working but just those customers that doesn't cooperate with you only makes the job unfunny sometimes

Stability, some kind employees, cool sometimes because you get to see famous people, interesting work environment

Low pay, no growth opportunities, some toxic people, management is disinterested/ not super friendly
