Good entry level position - Help Desk Analyst All Lines Technology Employee Review

i love this job and the work i do

Good coworkers, good resume filler

Pay is extremely low and only got a $1.50 raise after 3 years. If you do move up, they expect you to still help out with lower work as they can't keep employees. Management doesn't listen and makes work a nightmare. Also help desk does not get off for holidays or invited to any work parties while all of the business side is always celebrated for the IT teams work.
