Pros
I have been at All-Guard for a few years now. I have to say, that the people who work there are a huge plus. People who work there, genuinely build friendships, care for one another and there aren't clique's. If you are a member of the All-Guard family, you are included.
Another huge plus, is how the Company shows employees they are appreciated. They have an employee appreciation day, an annual A's Baseball game, including a tailgate, where family members are not only encouraged to come, but honestly wanted there, we also have an annual Holiday party with raffles, dancing, food and fun.
I truly enjoy my job and look forward to coming to work.
Cons
I guess the only downside is the accounting system we have, but they are investing in a brand new system and I look forward to using it.
