Pros
Great company culture. Remote First operation and it's been that way for a decade. While focusing on company growth they're also focusing on how to grow the staff.
Cons
ADR is still a small company so the teams are small. Individual shortcomings become obvious pretty quickly. It can take years to 'really' get to know your remote team.
