Cases are frequently assigned—or withheld—without any explanation, leaving staff in the dark. Unethical practices in ABA services are common. Clients are taken on without ensuring staff availability, which compromises both service quality and employee well-being. Management prioritizes billing and caseload expansion over ethical standards or client care.

      I had the pleasure of working as an Insurance Coordinator at All About ABA, and I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was. David and Jameson really went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported every step of the way. Their guidance and care made a huge difference in my time there. The entire team was incredibly welcoming and friendly. I learned so much during my time at All About ABA, and I'm truly grateful for the opportunity. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to work in a supportive and collaborative environment!
