      Lots of creativity, culture, remote work.

      Cons

      Lacks proper leadership. Words fall on deaf ears. Others I've trained have moved ahead of me, even though I have a good track record. Experience and leadership doesn't mean much.

      Great design team, very integrated with the product, marketing, and dev teams. Also good UX research team.

      Product owners did not have BAs to help them so they were overwhelmed with work.

      Cons

      If you really wanna go through life on hard mode, choose Alkami. It is dysfunctional on the surface, but as you peel through the layers, you'll see that it's actually rotten on the inside. Everything's a mess. Every page is a bug. The company is one lawsuit away from total shutdown!
