Alkami has an upbeat, fun culture with a collaborative mindset. Your ideas are heard and your opinion valued. You can tell that the company cares about its employees, as well as its clients. There is a lot of passion behind what Alkami offers, including a focus on a team mentality. Everyone is warm and pleasant to deal with. They have mastered (and are supportive of) a work from home environment.
Cons
There are some growing pains with the company going public in 2021, as is the case for all newly public companies.
