Pros
Growing company. Invests heavily into marketing. There are some really great people here who try to create a team/family atmosphere.
Cons
I feel like a used car salesman ,as the Doctor is more concerned about a patient’s insurance coverage than the individual. Many red flags around diversity and cultural sensitivity. Doctor jokes/comments about patient ethnic backgrounds, accents, age and gender identity. This is definitely not a good look for a company expanding in a cosmopolitan city. The leadership team also has unrealistic expectations of what it takes to learn and adjust to the systems they use. They expect new employees to master at juggling multiple tasks and effortlessly perfect a challenging process perfectly, while memorizing scripted interactions with a wide variety of clientele all while navigating through a system that they themselves say is flawed and not user friendly in less than a month.
