No trust in upper management. Company no longer cares about employees - Data Analyst II Alight Solutions Employee Review

1. Management team above managers have little to know knowledge about the day to day activities. This causes confusion and has put extra work on everyone involved. 2. Data teams are horribly understaffed, with seemingly no intention of expanding the teams in order to keep up with client demands. This is causing analysts to work late nights, weekends, holidays, during sick/wellness time, and on PTO. 3. Compensation package is severely lacking compared to other companies currently hiring. 4. Upper management is enabling requests from clients that goes against best established practices.
