Pros
Health plans are amazing and that’s about it
Cons
Heavy workload, not enough pay, expect to work 50-60 hours a week to meet deliverables and coaching expectations. Client side teams don’t care about engagement, only numbers. Training needs to be revamped as it causes high turnover which brings more stress on team managers. Upper management also will tell you what you want to hear only but no practice in what they preach.
